The Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI) has financed the construction and equipment provision of two Medersat.com schools: Ouled Laarbi in Nador and Al Mnoud in El Hoceima.
The Principality of Monaco was appointed to construct and provide equipment at Medersat.com Lablilate School in Essaouira in 2002, the Medersat.com Ait Dhan School in Taroudant in 2003 and also financed the creation of an income-generating activity (bull breeding) in support of a female cooperative in Douar de Lablilate.
The Embassy of Japan was appointed to construct and provide equipment for the Medersat.com rural commune school of Bni Hadifa - Al Hoceima Province (2005).
In 2016, the BMCE Bank Foundation for Education and the Environment and the Institut Français du Maroc signed a partnership agreement to enhance French language teaching in the Medersat.com rural schools network and to contribute to the promotion of education and to the improvement of access to culture as a means of development in Morocco.
In 2011, The Embassy of China donated a number of bicycles, school supplies and table tennis tables to the Medersat.com schools network. In June 2014, an agreement united the Foundation and the CONFUCIUS Institute for Chinese Language Training and Education of Hassan II University - Casablanca with a view to initiating the teaching and learning of the Chinese language in the Medersat school.com de Bouskoura, Province of Nouacer at the end of primary school (5th and 6th year). In December 2015 and via donation of distance learning materials, the Chinese Embassy started to support a Mandarin Chinese distance learning project (via videoconferencing) and to expand this project to other schools (Ouahdana and Ouled Laarbi - Nador Province).
La Fondation Telefonica was appointed to construct and provide equipment for the Medersat.com Bougdour School in Tangier Province (2003) and contributed (2009) to the development of digital media in Medersat.com network schools as part of the global "cyber school" project for 2008-2011.
A framework agreement signed between the two parties aims to develop collaborative projects in teacher training design of teaching tools, in implementation of parental literacy projects, in pedagogical and social impact appraisal and in the implementation of an online network for resource pooling and experience exchange.

In 2013, the BMCE BANK Foundation subsidised the introduction of Atlas lions to the new Rabat Zoological Garden and has been providing care for them since then.
